       The Committee on Health Regulation (Lawson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (205328) (with
    2  title amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 52
    5  and insert:
    6  physician assistant who has received 30 hours of approved
    7  training in laser and light-based hair removal devices and
    8  certification as a certified laser hair removal provessional.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 66
   13  and insert:
   14  provisions requiring direct supervision by a physician;
   15  requiring physician assistants to obtain training to perform
   16  laser and light-based hair removal;
