| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: | 
| 8 | 
 | 
| 9 | Section 1.  Paragraph (d) of subsection (1) and paragraph | 
| 10 | (d) of subsection (2) of section 560.143, Florida Statutes, are | 
| 11 | amended to read: | 
| 12 | 560.143  Fees.-- | 
| 13 | (1)  LICENSE APPLICATION FEES.--The applicable non- | 
| 14 | refundable fees must accompany an application for licensure: | 
| 15 | (d)  For each location appointmentof an authorized | 
| 16 | vendor....$38. | 
| 17 | (2)  LICENSE RENEWAL FEES.--The applicable non-refundable | 
| 18 | license renewal fees must accompany a renewal of licensure: | 
| 19 | (d)  For each location appointmentof an authorized | 
| 20 | vendor....$38. | 
| 21 | Section 2.  Subsection (1) of section 560.2085, Florida | 
| 22 | Statutes, is amended to read: | 
| 23 | 560.2085  Authorized vendors.--A licensee under this part | 
| 24 | shall: | 
| 25 | (1)  Within 60 days after an authorized vendor commences | 
| 26 | business, file with the office such information as prescribed by | 
| 27 | rule together with the nonrefundable location appointmentfee as | 
| 28 | provided by s. 560.143. This requirement applies to vendors who | 
| 29 | are also terminated within the 60-day period. | 
| 30 | Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
