    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the use of the term “illegal
    3         alien”; prohibiting the term's use by a state agency
    4         or official in an official document of the state;
    5         providing an effective date.
    6         
    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8         
    9         Section 1. A state agency or official may not use the term
   10  “illegal alien” in an official document of the state.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
