       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2         
    3         Delete line 27
    4  and insert:
    5  companies writing personal lines residential property insurance
    6  policies in this state must
    7  
    8  ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================
    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 5 - 7
   11  and insert:
   12  personal lines residential property insurance policies in this
   13  state consider local ordinances and local amendments to the
   14  Florida Building Code when setting personal lines residential
   15  property insurance rates;
