    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 125.901(11)(b), F.S.,
    4         relating to a public-records exemption for personal
    5         identifying information held by a children's services
    6         council or related entity; saving the exemption from
    7         repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act;
    8         deleting provisions providing for repeal of the
    9         exemption; providing an effective date.

   11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   12         
   13         Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (11) of section
   14  125.901, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2009.
