    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 160 - 162
    4  and insert:
    5         7. The tuition differential may not be charged to any
    6  student who was in attendance and who maintains continuous
    7  enrollment at the university or community college before July 1,
    8  2007.
