       The Committee on Judiciary (Peaden) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 455 - 461
    4  and insert:
    5  (5) A person who acts in good faith and without negligence in
    6  accord with the terms of this part or under the anatomical gift
    7  laws of another state or a foreign country, or attempts to do
    8  so, may not be subject to any civil action for damages, may not
    9  be subject to any criminal proceeding, and may not be subject to
   10  discipline, penalty, or liability in any administrative
   11  proceeding is not liable for damages in any civil action or
   12  subject to prosecution for his or her acts in any criminal
   13  proceeding.
