| 4 | Remove lines 1146-1147 and insert: |
| 5 | tribes. The Tribe shall adopt a tribal employment relations |
| 6 | ordinance that authorizes the right to self-organization for the |
| 7 | purposes of collective bargaining. The tribal employment |
| 8 | relations ordinance shall include provisions that specify the |
| 9 | rights and duties of the Tribe, the employees at the facility, |
| 10 | and their representatives, which are identical to those provided |
| 11 | in the Compact Agreement between the State of California and the |
| 12 | United Auburn Indian Community as amended on June 21, 2004. |
