The tribe shall 9 also adopt a tribal employment relations ordinance that 10 authorizes the right to self organization for the purposes of 11 collective bargaining. The tribal employment relations ordinance 12 shall include provisions that specify the rights and duties of 13 the Tribe, the employees at the facility , and their 14 representatives, which are identical to those provided in the 15 Compact Agreement between the State of California and the United 16 Auburn Indian Community as amended on June 21, 2004. 17 (15) The compact shall provide that the Tribe will use its 18 best efforts to spend its revenue in this state to acquire goods 19 and services from Florida-based vendors, professionals, and 20 material and service providers. 21 (16) It is the intent of the Legislature to review a 22 compact entered into under the provisions of this section every 23 5 years. It is the intent of the Legislature to consider the 24 authorization of additional Class III games for operation by the 25 Tribe based upon successful implementation of the compact and 26 the history of compliance with the compact. 27 28 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 29 And the title is amended as follows: 30 Delete line 46 31 and insert: 32 33 maintain nondiscriminatory employment practices; requiring the 34 Tribe to adopt an ordinance that specifies the terms of an 35 employee dispute resolution process; requiring the Tribe to 36 adopt an ordinance recognizing the right to self organization 37 for the purposes of collective bargaining;
