       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2363 - 2366
    4  and insert:
    5  payments shall be remitted by 3 p.m. Wednesday of each week for
    6  taxes imposed and collected for the proceeding week ending on
    7  Sunday. Beginning on July 1, 2012, the slot machine licensee
    8  shall remit to the division payment for the tax on slot machine
    9  revenues by 3 p.m. on the 5th day of each calendar month for
   10  taxes imposed and collected for the proceeding calendar month.If
   11  the 5th day of the calendar month falls on a weekend, payments
   12  shall be remitted by 3 p.m. the first Monday following the
   13  weekend. The slot machine licensee shall file a report under
   14  oath
