       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Jones) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 2296 and 2297
    4  insert:
    5         Section 41. Subsection (7) of section 551.102, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         (7) “Progressive system” means a computerized system
    8  linking slot machines in one or more licensed facilities within
    9  this state or other jurisdictions and offering one or more
   10  common progressive payouts based on the amounts wagered.
