       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2345 - 2346
    4  and insert:
    5  the division a nonrefundable license fee of $3 million for the
    6  succeeding 12 months of licensure. In the fiscal year 2010-2011,
    7  the licensee must pay the division a nonrefundable license fee
    8  of $2.5 million for the succeeding 12 months of licensure. In
    9  the fiscal year 2011-2012 and for every fiscal year thereafter,
   10  the licensee must pay the division a nonrefundable license fee
   11  of $2 million for the succeeding 12 months of licensure. The
