       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2355 - 2356
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The tax rate on slot machine revenues at each facility
    6  shall be 50 percent. In the fiscal year 2010-2011, the tax rate
    7  on slot machine revenues at each facility shall be 42%. In the
    8  fiscal year 2011-2012 and for every year thereafter, the tax
    9  rate on slot machine revenue at each facility shall be 35%.
