       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 2658
    4  and insert:
    5  the Interior and properly noticed in the Federal Register.
    6  Cardroom licensees who are authorized to conduct the game of
    7  blackjack shall pay a tax to the state of 10 percent of the
    8  cardroom operation's monthly gross receipts, which shall include
    9  blackjack revenue.
