       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1545 - 1549
    4  and insert:
    5  p.m. Wednesday of each week for taxes imposed and collected for
    6  the proceeding week ending on Sunday. Beginning on July 1, 2012,
    7  such payments shall be remitted by 3 p.m. on the 5th day of each
    8  calendar month for taxes imposed and collected for the
    9  proceeding calendar month. If the 5th day of the calendar month
   10  falls on a weekend, payments shall be remitted by 3 p.m. the
   11  first Monday following the weekend. Permitholders shall file
