       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Lawson)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1430 - 1434
    4  and insert:
    5  permitholder, at its facility unless an alternative schedule of
    6  at least 20 live regular wagering performances is agreed upon by
    7  the permitholder and the horsemen’s association representing the
    8  majority of the quarter horse owners and trainers at the
    9  facility an filed with the division with its annual date
   10  application, in the fiscal year 2010-2011, the conduct of at
   11  least 20 regular wagering performances, in the fiscal years
   12  2011-2012 and 2012-2013, the conduct of at least 30 live regular
   13  wagering performances, and for every fiscal year after the
   14  fiscal year 2012-2013, the conduct of at least 40 live regular
   15  wagering
