    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to professional and business
    3         regulation; expressing the legislative intent to
    4         revise laws relating to professional and business
    5         regulation; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8         
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to professional and business regulation.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
