       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1903 and 1904
    4  insert:
    5         Section 21. All new residential construction in a deed
    6  restricted community that requires membership in the association
    7  pursuant to chapter 718, chapter 719, or chapter 720, Florida
    8  Statutes, must comply with 15 U.S.C. ss. 8001-8005.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 180
   13  and insert:
   14         changes made by the act; requiring new residential
   15         construction in deed-restricted communities that
   16         require membership in the association to comply with
   17         provisions of federal law; providing an effective
   18         date.
