       The Committee on Judiciary (Peaden) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (854286) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 43 - 54
    5  and insert:
    6  claim or cause of action for the inherent risks involved in an
    7  activity which would accrue to the natural guardian’s minor
    8  child.
    9         1.No such waiver or release signed on behalf of a minor
   10  child shall be effective with respect to any claim or cause of
   11  action based on acts or omissions constituting negligence, gross
   12  negligence, recklessness, willful and wanton conduct, or
   13  intentional acts on the part of the activity provider or its
   14  employees or agents. No such waiver or release shall relieve an
   15  activity provider or its employees or agents from liability for
   16  any claim or cause of action based upon any violation of state
   17  or federal law.

   20         And the title is amended as follows:
   21         Delete line 79
   22  and insert:
   23  inherent risks that would accrue to any of their
