       The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations (Rich)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (614176) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 301 - 311
    4  and insert:
    5  benefit plans plan for employees; or
    6  2. The potential enrollee is not covered by an the employer
    7  sponsored health benefit plan; or because the potential enrollee
    8  is not eligible for coverage, or, if the potential enrollee is
    9  eligible but not covered, a statement of the cost to enroll the
   10  potential enrollee in the employer-sponsored health benefit
   11  plan.
   12  3. The potential enrollee is covered by an employer-sponsored
   13  health benefit plan and the cost of the employer-sponsored
   14  health benefit plan is more than 5 percent of the family's
   15  income.
