       The Committee on Health Regulation (Aronberg) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (450408) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 124 - 126
    4  and insert:
    5  through a medical or behavioral screening instrument, is
    6  eligible for health benefits coverage from and shall be assigned
    7  to and may opt out of
