The potential enrollee is not covered by anthe6 employer-sponsored health benefit plan. If the potential 7 enrollee is covered by anbecause the potential enrollee is not8eligible for coverage, or, if the potential enrollee is eligible9but not covered, a statement of the cost to enroll the potential10enrollee in theemployer-sponsored health benefit plan and the 11 cost of the employer-sponsored health benefit plan is greater 12 than 5 percent of the family’s income, and if the potential 13 enrollee is otherwise eligible for premium assistance, he or she 14 may be enrolled in the appropriate, subsidized component of the 15 Florida KidCare program.
