42000-467, Laws of Florida, as amended by chapter 2004-467,
5Laws of Florida; revising district boundaries; providing

8Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
9
10     Section 1.  Section 1 of section 3 of chapter 2000-467,
11Laws of Florida, as amended by chapter 2004-467, Laws of
12Florida, is amended to read:
13     Section 1.  District created and boundaries thereof.--That
14for the purpose of reclaiming and draining the lands hereinafter
15described and for the purpose of water control and water supply
16and protecting said lands from the effects of water by means of
17the construction and maintenance of canals, ditches, levees,
18dikes, pumping plants, and other drainage works and
19improvements, and for the purpose of making the lands within the
20District available and habitable for settlement and agriculture,
21and for the public convenience, welfare, utility, and benefit,
22and for the other purposes stated in this Act, a district is
23hereby created and established in Palm Beach County, Florida, to
24be known as Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District, the
25territorial boundaries of which are as follows:

27(A)  The following lands are included, namely:
28Beginning at the intersection of the west boundary of
29the City of West Palm Beach, Florida with the northern
30boundary of Lake Worth Drainage District; Thence north
31and east along the boundary of the City of West Palm
32Beach to the north-south quarter section line of
33Section 6, Township 43, South, Range 43 East; Thence
34north along the north-south quarter section line of
35said Section 6 to an intersection with the westerly
36right-of-way line of Central and Southern Florida
