       The Conference Committee on CS for SB 14-A recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Conference Committee Amendment (with title
    2  amendment)
    3         
    4         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 1. State Courts Revenue Trust Fund.—
    7         (1) The State Courts Revenue Trust Fund is created within
    8  the state courts system. Moneys credited to the trust fund shall
    9  be used for the purpose of funding the activities of the state
   10  courts system.
   11         (2) In accordance with s. 19(f)(2), Art. III of the State
   12  Constitution, the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund shall, unless
   13  terminated sooner, be terminated on July 1, 2012. Before its
   14  scheduled termination, the trust fund shall be reviewed as
   15  provided in s. 215.3206(1) and (2), Florida Statutes.
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date as
   17  SB 12-A or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
   18  is enacted in the same legislative session, or an extension
   19  thereof, and becomes law, but this act shall not take effect
   20  unless it is enacted by a three-fifths vote of the membership of
   21  each house of the Legislature.

   24         And the title is amended as follows:
   25         Delete everything before the enacting clause
   26  and insert:
   27                        A bill to be entitled                      
   28  An act relating to trust funds; creating the State Courts
   29  Revenue Trust Fund within the state courts system; providing for
   30  the purpose of the trust fund; providing for future review and
   31  termination or re-creation of the trust fund; providing a
   32  contingent effective date.
