       Senator Oelrich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (893502) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3         
    4         Delete lines 5 - 16
    5  and insert:
    6  on the lower of: average wholesale price (AWP) minus 18.4 16.4
    7  percent, wholesaler acquisition cost (WAC) plus 2.75 4.75
    8  percent, the federal upper limit (FUL), the state maximum
    9  allowable cost (SMAC), or the usual and customary (UAC) charge
   10  billed by the provider. Medicaid providers are required to
   11         
   12         Delete lines 20 - 29
   13  and insert:
   14  (AWP) minus 18.4 16.4 percent, the wholesaler acquisition cost
   15  (WAC) plus 2.75 4.75 percent, the federal upper limit (FUL), the
   16  state maximum allowable cost (SMAC), or the usual and customary
   17  (UAC) charge billed by the provider.
