    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road designations; designating the
    3         Earl S. “Coach” Kitchings Avenue in Duval County;
    4         designating the Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial
    5         Highway in Duval and St. Johns Counties; directing the
    6         Department of Transportation to erect markers;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Earl S. “Coach” Kitchings Avenue designated;
   12  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of Edgewood Avenue West in Duval County
   14  from New Kings Road (U.S. 1) to Lem Turner Road is designated
   15  the “Earl S. ‘Coach’ Kitchings Avenue.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating the Earl S. “Coach” Kitchings
   18  Avenue as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial Highway
   20  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   21  markers.—
   22         (1) That portion of I-95 from Baymeadows Road in Duval
   23  County to State Road 16 in St. Johns County is designated the
   24  “Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial Highway.”
   25         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   26  suitable markers designating the Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial
   27  Highway as described in subsection (1).
   28         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
