    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to bridge designations; designating
    3         Gretchen Evans Memorial Bridge in Wakulla County;
    4         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    5         markers; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Gretchen Evans Memorial Bridge designated;
   10  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   11         (1) The bridge on U.S. 98 in Wakulla County at the Wakulla
   12  River is designated as “Gretchen Evans Memorial Bridge.”
   13         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   14  suitable markers designating Gretchen Evans Memorial Bridge as
   15  described in subsection (1).
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
