Deputy Victor J. “Skip” McDonald Memorial 18 Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect 19 suitable markers.— 20 (1) That portion of State Road 51 in Taylor County from 21 U.S. 19 at Tennille to the Dixie County line is designated 22 “Deputy Victor J. ‘Skip’ McDonald Memorial Highway.” 23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 24 suitable markers designating Deputy Victor J. “Skip” McDonald 25 Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). 26 Section 2. Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial Highway 27 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable 28 markers.— 29 (1) That portion of U.S. 19 in Taylor County from Slaughter 30 Road to Harrison Blue Road is designated “Trooper Charles Eugene 31 Campbell Memorial Highway.” 32 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 33 suitable markers designating Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell 34 Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). 35 Section 3. Ray Charles Memorial Parkway designated; 36 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 37 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 90 within the city 38 boundaries of the Town of Greenville in Madison County is 39 designated “Ray Charles Memorial Parkway.” 40 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 41 suitable markers designating Ray Charles Memorial Parkway as 42 described in subsection (1). 43 Section 4. Frank Pasquarella Way designated; Department of 44 Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 45 (1) That portion of Bird Road (S.W. 40th Street) in Miami 46 Dade County from S.W. 89th Avenue to S.W. 92nd Avenue is 47 designated “Frank Pasquarella Way.” 48 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 49 suitable markers designating Frank Pasquarella Way as described 50 in subsection (1). 51 Section 5. Bob Arbetter’s Way designated; Department of 52 Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 53 (1) That portion of Bird Road (S.W. 40th Street) in Miami 54 Dade County from S.W. 87th Avenue to S.W. 89th Avenue is 55 designated “Bob Arbetter’s Way.” 56 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 57 suitable markers designating Bob Arbetter’s Way as described in 58 subsection (1). 59 Section 6. Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge 60 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable 61 markers.— 62 (1) The bridge on U.S. Highway 19/98 at the Cross Florida 63 Barge Canal in Citrus County is designated “Trooper Ronald 64 Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge.” 65 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 66 suitable markers designating Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith 67 Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1). 68 Section 7. Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial Highway 69 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable 70 markers.— 71 (1) That portion of U.S. 19/27A/98 in Dixie County from 72 N.E. 170th Street in Cross City to the Taylor County line is 73 designated “Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial Highway.” 74 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 75 suitable markers designating Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial 76 Highway as described in subsection (1). 77 Section 8. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
