    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to standards of conduct for public
    3         officers, employees of agencies, and local government
    4         attorneys; repealing s. 112.313(17), F.S., relating to
    5         the prohibition against citizen members of the Board
    6         of Governors of the State University System or the
    7         board of trustees of a local university from having
    8         employment or a contractual relationship as a
    9         legislative lobbyist; providing an effective date.

   11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   12  
   13         Section 1. Subsection (17) of section 112.313, Florida
   14  Statutes, is repealed.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
