    2         An act relating to the Department of Agriculture and
    3         Consumer Services; expressing the legislative intent
    4         to revise laws relating to the Department of
    5         Agriculture and Consumer Services; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
