    2         An act relating to the protection of securities
    3         investors; expressing the legislative intent to revise
    4         laws relating to the protection of securities
    5         investors; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to the protection of securities investors.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
