    2         An act relating to weights and measures; amending s.
    3         40, ch. 2009-66, Laws of Florida; revising the
    4         expiration date of provisions relating to permits for
    5         commercially operated or tested weights and measures
    6         instruments and devices; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 40 of chapter 2009-66, Laws of Florida,
   11  is amended to read:
   12         Section 40. Sections 531.60, 531.61, 531.62, 531.63,
   13  531.64, 531.65, and 531.66, Florida Statutes, as created by this
   14  act, shall expire July 1, 2011 2014.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
