    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to health care for state legislators;
    3         requiring that all health care policies and benefits
    4         for members of the Legislature be provided through a
    5         health savings account established and maintained by
    6         the Division of State Group Insurance of the
    7         Department of Management Services; providing an
    8         effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. All health care policies and benefits for
   13  members of the Legislature shall be provided through a health
   14  savings account established and maintained by the Division of
   15  State Group Insurance of the Department of Management Services.
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
