Subsection (9) of section 261.03, Florida 10 Statutes, is amended to read: 11 261.03 Definitions.—As used in this chapter, the term: 12 (9) “ROV” means any motorized recreational off-highway 13 vehicle 6460inches or less in width, having a dry weight of 14 2,0001,500pounds or less, designed to travel on four or more 15 nonhighway tires, having nonstraddle seating and a steering 16 wheel, and manufactured for recreational use by one or more 17 persons. The term “ROV” does not include a golf cart as defined 18 in ss. 320.01(22) and 316.003(68) or a low-speed vehicle as 19 defined in s. 320.01(42). 20 Section 2.
