    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to Florida Atlantic University;
    3         authorizing a doctor of medicine degree program at
    4         Florida Atlantic University; providing an effective
    5         date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Florida Atlantic University Doctor of Medicine
   10  Degree Program.—A doctor of medicine degree program, subject to
   11  the approval of the Board of Governors, is authorized at Florida
   12  Atlantic University.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
   14
