Project.

INSERT A NEW SECTION 98:

Section 98.  The unexpended balance from Specific Appropriation 1772C of 
chapter 2008-152, Laws of Florida, provided to Palm Beach County Central 
Everglades Water Quality Improvement in the amount of $250,000 from the 
Ecosystem Management and Restoration Trust Fund, shall revert 
immediately and is appropriated for Fiscal Year 2010-11 to PC 
South/Indian River County.
