 EXPLANATION:
Provides for a new Section 97 which appropriates 
$101,866,986 from the General Revenue Fund and 
$134,676,334 from Trust Funds to restore reductions 
in the Agency for Health Care Administration, the 
Department of Children and Families, and the 
Department of Health for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 and 
makes, in a new Section 98, the existing 
appropriations in Sections 90 through 96 and the new 
Section 97 contingent on Senate Bill 1406, or 
similar legislation, becoming law.

SECTION 97. The funding provided in sections 90 through 96 is contingent 
upon the enactment of federal law which extends the enhanced Federal 
Medicaid Assistance Percentage rate, as provided under the American 
Reinvestment and Recovery Act (P.L. 111-5), from December 31, 2010, 
through June 30, 2011.

On Page 397, INSERT new Sections 97 and 98:

SECTION 97. There is appropriated $101,866,986 from the General Revenue 
Fund and $134,676,334 from Trust Funds to restore reductions in the 
Agency for Health Care Administration, the Department of Children and 
Family Services, and the Department of Health for the 2010-2011 fiscal 
year.
