DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 486:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 486, $2,000,000 from the
Grants and Donations Trust Fund is provided to the department to
implement recommendations on phase II of the study on passive strategies
for nitrogen reduction that complement use of conventional onsite
wastewater treatment systems. The department shall submit an interim
report on February 1, 2011, and a final report on May 16, 2011,to the
Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of
Representatives detailing the progress of the study.
