    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to traffic infraction detectors or
    3         cameras; creating s. 316.0077, F.S.; preempting to the
    4         state the regulation of the use of such devices to
    5         enforce certain traffic laws; providing an effective
    6         date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 316.0077, Florida Statutes, is created
   11  to read:
   12         316.0077 Regulation of traffic by traffic infraction
   13  detectors or cameras.—Enforcement of violations of s. 316.075 or
   14  other regulation of traffic through the use of traffic
   15  infraction detectors or cameras is expressly preempted to the
   16  state.
   17         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
