    2         An act relating to a review of the Department of
    3         Community Affairs under the Florida Government
    4         Accountability Act; expressing the legislative intent
    5         to abolish, continue, or reorganize the Department of
    6         Community Affairs; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to abolish, continue, or
   11  reorganize the Department of Community Affairs.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
