    2         An act relating to a review of the Florida Housing
    3         Finance Corporation under the Florida Government
    4         Accountability Act; expressing the legislative intent
    5         to abolish, continue, or reorganize the Florida
    6         Housing Finance Corporation; providing an effective
    7         date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. The Legislature intends to abolish, continue, or
   12  reorganize the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
