10Memorial Bridge in Citrus County; directing the Department
11of Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an
12effective date.

14Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
15
16     Section 1.  Ray Charles Memorial Parkway designated;
17Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
18     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 90 within the boundaries
19of the Town of Greenville in Madison County is designated as
20"Ray Charles Memorial Parkway."
21     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
22suitable markers designating Ray Charles Memorial Parkway as
23described in subsection (1).
24     Section 2.  Deputy Victor J. "Skip" McDonald Memorial
25Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
26suitable markers.-
27     (1)  That portion of State Road 51 between U.S. Highway 19
28at Tennille and the Dixie County line in Taylor County is
29designated as "Deputy Victor J. 'Skip' McDonald Memorial
30Highway."
31     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
32suitable markers designating Deputy Victor J. "Skip" McDonald
33Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
34     Section 3.  Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial
35Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
36suitable markers.-
37     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 19 between Slaughter Road
38and Harrison Blue Road in Taylor County is designated as
39"Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial Highway."
40     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
41suitable markers designating Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell
42Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
43     Section 4.  Frank Pasquarella Way designated; Department of
44Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
45     (1)  That portion of Bird Road, S.W. 40th Street, between
46S.W. 89th Avenue and S.W. 92nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County is
47designated as "Frank Pasquarella Way."
48     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
49suitable markers designating Frank Pasquarella Way as described
50in subsection (1).
51     Section 5.  Bob Arbetter's Way designated; Department of
52Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
53     (1)  That portion of Bird Road, S.W. 40th Street, between
54S.W. 87th Avenue and S.W. 89th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is
55designated as "Bob Arbetter's Way."
56     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
57suitable markers designating Bob Arbetter's Way as described in
58subsection (1).
59     Section 6.  Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial Highway
60designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
61markers.-
62     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 19/27A/98, State Road 55,
63between N.E. 170th Street and the Taylor County line in Dixie
64County is designated as "Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial
65Highway."
66     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
67suitable markers designating Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial
68Highway as described in subsection (1).
69     Section 7.  Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge
70designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
71markers.-
72     (1)  The bridge on U.S. Highway 19/98 in Citrus County at
73the Cross Florida Barge Canal is designated as "Trooper Ronald
74Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge."
75     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
76suitable markers designating Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith
77Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).
78     Section 8.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
