| 14 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 15 |
|
| 16 | Section 1. Ray Charles Memorial Parkway designated; |
| 17 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 18 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 90 within the boundaries |
| 19 | of the Town of Greenville in Madison County is designated as |
| 20 | "Ray Charles Memorial Parkway." |
| 21 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 22 | suitable markers designating Ray Charles Memorial Parkway as |
| 23 | described in subsection (1). |
| 24 | Section 2. Deputy Victor J. "Skip" McDonald Memorial |
| 25 | Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect |
| 26 | suitable markers.- |
| 27 | (1) That portion of State Road 51 between U.S. Highway 19 |
| 28 | at Tennille and the Dixie County line in Taylor County is |
| 29 | designated as "Deputy Victor J. 'Skip' McDonald Memorial |
| 30 | Highway." |
| 31 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 32 | suitable markers designating Deputy Victor J. "Skip" McDonald |
| 33 | Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). |
| 34 | Section 3. Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial |
| 35 | Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect |
| 36 | suitable markers.- |
| 37 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 19 between Slaughter Road |
| 38 | and Harrison Blue Road in Taylor County is designated as |
| 39 | "Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial Highway." |
| 40 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 41 | suitable markers designating Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell |
| 42 | Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). |
| 43 | Section 4. Frank Pasquarella Way designated; Department of |
| 44 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 45 | (1) That portion of Bird Road, S.W. 40th Street, between |
| 46 | S.W. 89th Avenue and S.W. 92nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County is |
| 47 | designated as "Frank Pasquarella Way." |
| 48 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 49 | suitable markers designating Frank Pasquarella Way as described |
| 50 | in subsection (1). |
| 51 | Section 5. Bob Arbetter's Way designated; Department of |
| 52 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 53 | (1) That portion of Bird Road, S.W. 40th Street, between |
| 54 | S.W. 87th Avenue and S.W. 89th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is |
| 55 | designated as "Bob Arbetter's Way." |
| 56 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 57 | suitable markers designating Bob Arbetter's Way as described in |
| 58 | subsection (1). |
| 59 | Section 6. Don Shula Drive designated; Department of |
| 60 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 61 | (1) That portion of Florida's Turnpike between the |
| 62 | interchange at N.W. 199th Street/Dolphin Player Stadium and Dan |
| 63 | Marino Boulevard in Miami-Dade County is designated as "Don |
| 64 | Shula Drive." |
| 65 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 66 | suitable markers designating Don Shula Drive as described in |
| 67 | subsection (1). |
| 68 | Section 7. Captain Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial Highway |
| 69 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 70 | markers.- |
| 71 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 19/27A/98, State Road 55, |
| 72 | between N.E. 170th Street and the Taylor County line in Dixie |
| 73 | County is designated as "Captain Chad Allen Reed, Sr., Memorial |
| 74 | Highway." |
| 75 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 76 | suitable markers designating Captain Chad Allen Reed, Sr., |
| 77 | Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1). |
| 78 | Section 8. Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge |
| 79 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 80 | markers.- |
| 81 | (1) The bridge on U.S. Highway 19/98 in Citrus County at |
| 82 | the Cross Florida Barge Canal is designated as "Trooper Ronald |
| 83 | Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge." |
| 84 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 85 | suitable markers designating Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith |
| 86 | Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1). |
| 87 | Section 9. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
