    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to health insurance; requiring that
    3         insurers writing health policies in this state offer
    4         Medigap policies to disabled persons under 65 years of
    5         age; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Any insurer writing health insurance policies in
   10  this state shall offer Medigap policies to disabled persons
   11  under 65 years of age.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
