    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road designations; designating the
    3         Cpl Christopher Lee Poole, Jr., Memorial Highway in
    4         Lake County; designating the SGT Frederico G. Borjas
    5         Memorial Highway in Lake County; designating the
    6         Johnny C. Treadwell Memorial Highway in Lake County;
    7         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    8         markers; providing an effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. Cpl Christopher Lee Poole, Jr., Memorial Highway
   13  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   14  markers.—
   15         (1) That portion of Old U.S. Highway 441 in Mt. Dora from
   16  the intersection of State Road 19A to Alexander Street is
   17  designated the “Cpl Christopher Lee Poole, Jr., Memorial
   18  Highway.”
   19         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   20  suitable markers designating the Cpl Christopher Lee Poole, Jr.,
   21  Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
   22         Section 2. SGT Frederico G. Borjas Memorial Highway
   23  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   24  markers.—
   25         (1) That portion of State Road 44 east of Eustis beginning
   26  at the intersection of County Road 44B and ending just west of
   27  County Road 439 is designated the “SGT Frederico G. Borjas
   28  Memorial Highway.”
   29         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   30  suitable markers designating the SGT Frederico G. Borjas
   31  Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
   32         Section 3. Johnny C. Treadwell Memorial Highway designated;
   33  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   34         (1) That portion of State Road 46 near Sorrento from Round
   35  Lake Road to County Road 437 is designated the “Johnny C.
   36  Treadwell Memorial Highway.”
   37         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   38  suitable markers designating the Johnny C. Treadwell Memorial
   39  Highway as described in subsection (1).
   40         Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
