    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to contaminated site cleanup;
    3         repealing s. 376.30713(5), F.S., relating to an
    4         obsolete report by the Department of Environmental
    5         Protection to the Governor and Legislature on
    6         preapproved advanced cleanup contract applications;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 376.30713, Florida
   12  Statutes, is repealed.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
