    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 1004.43(8)(c), F.S.,
    4         relating to an exemption from public-records
    5         requirements for certain records held by the H. Lee
    6         Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute; saving
    7         the exemption from repeal under the Open Government
    8         Sunset Review Act; removing the scheduled repeal of
    9         the exemption; providing an effective date.

   11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   12  
   13         Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subsection (8) of section
   14  1004.43, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2010.
