Following Specific Appropriation 356, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 356, the non-recurring sum of
$3,846,311 from the Federal Grants Trust Fund is provided for one-time
salary bonuses for ACCESS employees. The state share of this
appropriation shall be funded with revenues from federal performance
incentive awards.
