Appropriates $1,222,503 from the General Revenue 
Fund to the Department of Elder Affairs to complete 
construction of the Charles and Rae Kane Senior 
Center and reduces $1,222,503 from the General 
Revenue Fund in the Hospital Inpatient Services 
appropriation category within the the Agency for 
Health Care Administration.
