Prepaid Health Plans IOEE
DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 204:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 204, beginning September 1,
2010, for all prepaid capitated contracts with plans for the provision
of diagnosis specific specialty care, the agency shall apply a discount
factor to the rate equal to 15 percent.
Insert proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 204:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 204, beginning September 1,
2010, for all prepaid capitated contracts with plans for the provision
of diagnosis specific specialty care, the agency shall apply a discount
factor to the rate equal to 10 percent.
